Jose and his crew at Ceus Roofing should not be passed up if you're looking at getting a new roof. I had 4 bids on a new roof for our property in Mira Mesa. Jose was quick to respond and at our property 2 days later with a bid I couldn't pass up. It took a couple of months before they could get the roof done which wasn't a problem for us, we weren't in any hurry. I'm glad we waited, the roof look's amazing! Jose's crew was professional and courteous and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

I own a commercial office building that need replacement of old cedar shake roof that was 40 years old and had Ceus Roofing do the job this summer. They did a great job on the entire project from removing the old roof to the new install of asphalt shingles at a very reasonable price as well. The project went smoothly and I was very impressed in how they cleaned up daily and even went as far as to re-paint some of the curbs out front of the building that were scuffed at the end of the job. Overall a fine bunch of guys to do business with and I have nothing but praise for them.

We needed a new roof and called many roofers for an estimate. We had about 10 different roofers come out and take a look at our house. Some we found through Yelp and Ceus was referred to us by a friend.

Ceus Roofing and Painting has done work for us twice. In each case they were extremely professional, and did excellent work.

In the first job, they re-roofed our craftsman home. The house had a very old roof, and there were leaks everywhere when we purchased it. With El Nino coming in 2015, we wanted to ensure we got the job done quickly, but without any problems.

Jose gave us a very good price, and worked with us on our timeline. He kept the lines of communication open on problems he encountered, and we found him very easy to deal with. The roof turned out great, was done on schedule, and we have had no leaks what so ever.

The second job came when we called him for a leak at another property. He found it to be caused from leaves on the roof and gutters, and so he spent an hour clearing out the gutters, and sweeping the roof for me.

In both cases, he took ownership and pride in what he was doing, and the quality of work was evident in the results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof, or roof repairs.

Ceus painted my condo last month, December 2015. They had been recommended to me by my neighbors.

Since my previous experience with other painters had included disappointingly sloppy work, I was wary about the reliability of painters in general.

But, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work completed by Ceus. I was impressed by how reliable and professional the painting crew was from the start. They not only showed up on time everyday, they prepped everything very well prior to painting. All floors were covered, counters and lighting fixtures covered where necessary, as well as wall outlet plates and door knobs removed. They also prepped by sanding the walls where needed, removing nails, filling holes and taping off smoke alarms and thermostats. In short, they took meticulous care of my home.

The co-owner, Emmanuel, is an experienced painter who obviously takes pride in a job well done. I was impressed by his attention to all details and painting suggestions. Although it was the busy pre-holiday season, when they were extremely busy, they made sure that everything was completed to their usual high standards - no rushing or cutting corners.

I will definitely call them again with any future painting jobs that may arise.
